An avid sailor, Dale cruises extensively on the Chesapeake Bay and has recently completed offshore passages to Cuba, the Bahamas, Bermuda and New England.

He has owned a number of classic blue-water yachts, and specializes in offshore capable yachts.  He has particular experience with Cabo Rico, Caliber, Shannon, Valiant, Passport, Hinckley, Morris, Rustler, and Island Packet models.

George Sabo, CPYB


A Certified Professional Yacht Broker, George joined Integrity in 2008 and has sold over 360 boats, both power and sail. He has been boating for over 40 years and is a founding member of the Herrington Harbour Sailing Association. George lived aboard his sailboat for several years. His last boat was a Grand Banks 42 Classic which he restored.​

Mark Schwenk


Mark enjoys sharing his lifelong passion for sailing by being an instructor and broker, connecting people and boats together every chance he gets. He started sailing Sunfish and small keelboats on the Chesapeake Bay and gradually moved up to Blue Water Cruisers and now sails the waters from the Chesapeake down the Atlantic coast to Florida, the Bahamas and the Caribbean. As a USCG 50 ton Master Mariner, ASA instructor and delivery captain, Mark enjoys cruising the east coast and beyond. He lives part time on his Classic 1972 Allied Princess 36 ft Ketch in Deale, MD and spends much of his winters sailing in warmer climates.

Ken Knull


Ken is the owner of Yankee Point Marina and full-service boatyard since December 1999.  A sailor with almost 50 years’ experience. Served in US Navy as a Surface Warfare Officer and has been in close contact with all facets of boating activity since then.  Extensive sail and powerboat ownership and bare boat chartering experience.  Unique experience of owning a boat yard has given Ken a keen eye for issues that may exist in any type of recreational yacht.
